To reach Millbrook from the M4 (J. 18) take the A46 towards Bath. After 8 miles or so, take the Bath exit, keeping in the left hand lane and turning left towards Batheaston. After a few hundred yards look out on the right for a little turning marked Bathampton (Toll Bridge) and pay the 50p to cross the bridge. The road takes you through the village, and then you should turn left up Down Lane, then left again onto the A36. Continue for 3 miles through the village of Claverton, and ignore the sign showing a right hand turn into Monkton Combe. Continue on A36 past sign indicating Limpley Stoke, and through traffic lights at the viaduct. Waterhouse Lane is the first turning on the right as the road bends to the left, and Millbrook is the first house in the lane, but continue a few more metres on the main road, and turn right into our parking area by the Coach House. Walk through the garden to the house.
From the A36 (Salisbury, Warminster), look out for the 'Slow' signs after passing Freshford and Limpley Stoke. After passing Chatleigh House and Monkton House on the left, take the left hand turn for Millbrook and park by the Coach House. Walk through the garden to the house.
